I totally adore this brand! However, every time we place an order, there's some kind of mix-up... just like today! I ordered 2 black bras, but they sent me a grey bottom instead?! Plus, the website still shows that there's a black bottom in my size, so why on earth did I get a grey one??

I placed an order for an outfit a week back, and it still hasn’t gone out. I’ll update this review if it ships soon, but if it doesn’t and I end up getting a refund, I’ll definitely drop it to 1 star.

EDIT: Finally, it shipped a week after I ordered it. Fingers crossed it’s decent quality.

Edit 2: I’ve made several purchases, and they usually send them out pretty quickly. The clothes are solid quality too. This place has quickly turned into one of my go-to spots for unique threads. Good job, crooks.

I've been a customer of this brand from the start. I noticed that Snoop and Death Row could be linked to Crooks and Castles... unfortunately, that's not a positive connection. I made an order on January 20th, and it still hasn't been sent out. AVOID BUYING FROM THE ONLINE SHOP. You can find their products at Ross, Burlington, and Marshall's. I won't be buying from them again.

I picked up a really cool brown and green hoodie featuring a gold medusa design, but after just one cold wash, the gold started peeling off. Now it looks all patchy and terrible. The quality of this clothing is just awful.

The customer service is just awful... I had two orders, and both times there were missing items. They did give me credit, but I can only use one at a time, which means I end up paying shipping fees again. Feels like they want you to buy more stuff just to dodge those shipping costs. When I reached out via email, it was like they completely ignored me. Honestly, the clothing quality is trash; I can't believe they charge what they do—it looks like something I stitched together myself, haha! I'm starting to suspect they might be selling knock-offs. I actually found a much better quality elf on a shelf from a seller in China on Amazon. I won't be shopping there again, and now I've got no Christmas gifts for some family members.

I placed an order for 4 items but only got 3. The fourth one took ages—like a whole month—and now I’m stuck paying double the shipping since I’m ordering from Europe. Nobody's replying to my emails, either. Plus, the sweatshirts are pretty low quality; they look more like long-sleeved tees. Seriously, how do celebs back a brand that’s this subpar?

Definitely lives up to the name, but they only shipped one item from my order. I ended up paying a hefty postage fee to the UK for just that one item. They claimed the others were out of stock, even though everything was listed as available online. I really should have checked the reviews beforehand.

I really ought to have looked at their reviews beforehand. Just like most of their customers who got ripped off, I ended up in the same boat. Their service is downright terrible, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. If you're thinking about getting their clothes, hit up their various vendors instead of shopping online. DISAPPOINTING!

I just received my order from Crooks and Castles, and it was spot on! I picked out over 10 items. Everything I wanted was there, and it arrived in under 10 days. I had my doubts after seeing some reviews, but I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with them again! Don't pay too much attention to the bad reviews ☺️

This company is a joke! They send you sizes that don’t fit right at all and then hit you with a 'no refund policy.' What a scam! The clothing quality is awful too. Seriously, steer clear of this place.

All I see are negative reviews. Folks, you chose to buy from a brand named "Crooks" & Castles, and I’m puzzled about what you expected. I’m not defending the company at all, but seriously, the average person ought to apply a bit of common sense.

This is honestly the most incompetent company I've had to deal with. They send stuff in the wrong boxes, and you end up paying way more in customs than necessary. Plus, they don’t always ship all your items. It's just one mistake after another. They’re a total joke.

Caution. Crooks n Castles is a fraudulent company peddling fake, poorly made polyester blend sweats for more than $100 while pretending to be a streetwear label. If it claims to have an embroidered logo, you might end up with a cheap appliqué instead, and they won’t take returns, mislead you, or respond to your emails. Just a taste of the terrible business practices these crooks engage in. Steer clear. Honestly, I wish they’d go belly up.

Honestly, if I could give just half a star, that’d be way too kind. I ordered some T-shirts nearly four weeks back, and they sent me the wrong tracking info. It took three weeks for them to respond to the five emails I shot over. Then they tell me I can’t track my package unless I call Canadian Post myself to find out where it is. I’m in Melbourne, Australia, by the way. Absolutely terrible service! I won’t be spending my money with these folks again.
